Warranty


Sherpa Hunting provides a limited 1 year warranty on parts and components. The warranty does not cover things like normal wear or user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.


Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with the condition and/or performance of the item you purchased from us, you may return it in unused condition within 30 days from ship date for an exchange, credit or refund. Contact Sherpa Hunting at (828) 214-7807 to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) and instructions.

When returning a product please provide us with the order number and reason for the return. We will not accept returned merchandise without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). Once you receive an RA# you may return the item in unused condition in the original box along with all product item accessories within 30 days for exchange or refund. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange. You must write the RA# given to you on the exterior of the box. If RA# is not present product will be rejected. Please include invoice or packing slip inside the box for return/refund or exchange contact information. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Return via insured mail, UPS or FEDEX and save the receipt for your records. Return shipping must be prepaid and is the responsibility of the returner. We assume no liability for loss or damage of return item package.


Refunds, Credits and Balances Due


As soon as Sherpa Hunting receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.


Damaged Items


If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
